Fine Payments Options:

Please call 406-777-5271, ext 201 to verify if your citation can be paid without a court appearance. 

 If there is a question as to whether a citation or fine is eligible for payment prior to your court appearance date contact the court.

Payments can be paid as follows:

1.  In person at 206 Buck Street, Stevensville Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or  after-hours drop box at the entrance of Town Hall. Check or money order payable to Stevensville City Court. Cash, exact change only. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED. (payments can be put in the drop box after hours and weekends)

 2.  Mailing check or money order made out to Stevensville City Court to P.O. Box 30, Stevensville, MT 59870

3.  Online at CitePayUSA.com there is a 3% charge and you will need your court docket number to use this service. 

To pay online you will need:

Your date of birth

The citation number (example 01234) or your case number (example TK-720-2021-000000)
