Vacate the Portion of First Street between Blocks 1 and 10

Be it resolved that the 100 foot street as described, be permanently closed, returning 50 feet to each of the property owners of Lots 1 thru 6, Block 1, and Lots 1 and 20 , Block 10, original townsite of Stevensville.
