HAPPY 4TH OF JULY REMINDER

FRIENDLY REMINDER THAT NEXT WEEK IS THE 4TH OF JULY AND PLEASE KEEP IN MIND TOWN ORDINANCES

Sec. 16-118. - Dates allowed for fireworks discharged.

Fireworks will only be allowed to be shot between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight on July 3 and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on July 4.

Sec. 16-119. - Fireworks shall not be discharged.

Fireworks may not be discharged within 100 feet of a fireworks retail sales location, from inside or toward a motor vehicle or in the vicinity of any animal in a manner likely to expose them to the risk of injury. The governing body may at any time permit a public display of fireworks under such conditions as they may prescribe.
