The Town Clerk's Office is dedicated to preparing the proceedings of the Town Council and preserving the Town records, using integrity to offer timely and courteous service to the citizens and staff of Stevensville, along with enhancing the ability of the citizenry to participate in local government.
Most routine records such as ordinances, resolutions, minutes, agendas, and contracts (among many other document types) are available via the Town's online document center.
Non-routine records (material prepared in the regular course of Town business but are not prepared for mass distribution) may be made available via the records request form below.
All Stevensville Police Department records are maintained by the SPD Records Clerk.
They can be reached at 777-3011 and are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mon-Fri, but closed on holidays.
To request copies of police reports, please visit the Police page to obtain the necessary forms.
Ravalli County manages birth and death records, as well as conveyances (transfers of interest in real property). Please contact the Ravalli County Clerk and Recorder's Office for these records.
All Stevensville City Court records are maintained by the Court Clerk.

NOTICE: No new document will be created to respond to an information request. See Sect. 2-6-1006(4), MCA. Applicable information may be made available for requester to compile his/her own data subject to law, including the legal restrictions regarding creation of mailing lists from public records. See See Sect. 2-6-1017, MCA.
The Town Clerk's Office keeps all Town Council related records including agenda's and minutes. Most of these records are available on our website, however if you cannot find something, or need a hard copy, please fill out the records request form and submit to the clerks office.
