NEW WAY TO PAY YOUR UTILITY BILLING PAYMENTS

Hello Stevensville Residents,

You saw last month that we moved to a postcard for our utility billing, we apologize that we did not send out notification of this prior.   Having said that, there are going to be a few changes coming up.

Change #1.

The first change is to move the printing of our statements in house.   We know the post card billing was not as successful as we had hoped.  After much discussion we have decided we are going to print our Utility Bills out of Town Hall.  We all know that sending paper bills are very costly and time consuming.  In preparation for this move we are offering to set up those who would like to receive their statements via email.  If you would like to receive your statements via email, please either reply to this email, or call 406-777-5271 ext. 104 and speak with Andrena.

**Please note your auto pay will not be affected during change #1**

Change #2.

We will be moving to a new payment portal effective August 1st 2024.  If you are set up on auto pay, you will need to reset it up on the new payment portal website.  That website will be forthcoming.  I have attached the Frequently Asked Questions for your review.

** Please note you will not be able to make payments on our new portal until August 1st 2024**.

We know you may have a lot of questions so please feel free to either come by the office, call 406.777.5271 ext. 104 or email deputyclerk@townofstevensville.com

We look forward to a smooth transition!  Thank you for your patience during this process.
